Do You Use a Professional Service or DIY?

• Many of us can DIY for - decorating, replacing a fuse, colouring our hair, or changing a car wheel.
• However, many of us prefer to use a qualified doctor, lawyer, accountant, decorator, electrician, hairdresser, or roadside assistance service when we want success with unquestionable results, as such situations are often beyond our DIY capabilities.

How we Work -  the table below confirms the basic process for how we normally work with each Client. For full details see Our Services:

STEP 1	Client contacts IIYC and explains their requirements
STEP 2	We normally respond immediately, or within the hour, 8.0am  to 6.0pm  Monday to Friday We confirm how we can help and agree the proposed method, timescale, name of your Professional Coach  and fees - where applicable
STEP 3	Client makes payment to IIYC: Payment can be made by means of an electronic bank transfer by BACS, Debit or Credit Card Please note Professional Service 4 is completely free of charge
STEP 4	We undertake the work in line with our agreement and for Professional Service 1 your individual Action Plan
STEP 5	You keep us informed of the results of your job application or interview
STEP 6	We ask for evaluative feedback on the service you have received
