• We are pleased to help senior professionals such as Doctors, Lawyers, Architects, Accountants, Engineers and Teachers
• Including professionals in the early stages of their career - e.g. Registrars, ST2 and SHO Doctors, Trainee Architects, Trainee Accountants
• Typically we find that many of clients in such roles have either never experienced a formal competency based interview or not experienced one for quite some time.

e.g. General Managers, Board Directors, Directors, Local Government Officers,

• Individuals holding senior positions are more frequently the 'interviewer' rather than the 'interviewee'
• Many are mistaken that it is easy to make the transition from Interviewer to Interviewee.
• However, our Clients tell us that in reality this tends not to be the case, and an experienced interviewer does NOT always give an outstanding performance whilst being interviewed.
• The Leading Characters in a West End musical or play have to rehearse just as much, sometimes more than other members of the caste. Likewise, Senior Leaders in organisations should expect to undertake detailed preparation and rehearsals if they are to deliver an outstanding performance as an interviewee.

3. Middle Managers / Experienced Specialists

Special Service for School - Leavers
Free service (*) - for up to 20 School-Leavers a year

Stephen has always recognised the fantastic potential some school-leavers can offer future employers. Stephen has helped numerous individuals obtain their first career step and go on to lead very successful careers rather than progress into higher education.

In order to maintain this momentum and faith in the 'next generation' IIYC is committed to helping up to 20 school-leavers each year secure the job of their choice with help with their CV and guidance for an interview or both. The first 20 school-leavers are managed on a first come first served basis.

(*) Whilst this service is completely free of charge to the school-leaver, IIYC invites the parents of each individual benefiting from this service to make a donation of their choice to any registered UK Charity that sponsors research into critical human illness, e.g. cancer research or similar.
